Digital Toolkits
Because our toolkits are digital products delivered instantly via email, all sales are final. Once a toolkit has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased materials (delivery failure, corrupted files, or download problems), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
Consulting Sessions
Consulting session purchases can be refunded in full if you request a refund at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Refund requests made less than 48 hours before a session, or after a session has taken place, are not eligible.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Bundle Purchases
The Leadership Toolkit Bundle follows the same policy as individual toolkits. Because all materials are delivered digitally and instantly, bundle purchases are final. Technical issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Satisfaction Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you feel a toolkit did not deliver what was promised, reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee refunds on digital products, we will work with you to make it right.
