All toolkit purchases are digital products delivered via email immediately after payment. Products are for personal or internal team use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased materials without written permission.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on The Leader's Compass, including the 4-Gap Leadership Model, assessment questions, toolkit materials, blog content, and website design, is the intellectual property of The Leader's Compass and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Leader's Compass provides tools and frameworks for leadership development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
